SPARK Management Trainee Program
MOFSL - SPARK Management Trainee Program is one year training program for the fresh management graduates.
Objective of the program:
- To build associates who have well rounded understanding of the business teams before becoming subject matter experts.
- To build and nurture strong well rounded leaders that will pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 – 5 years.
- To accelerate the development of young talent and build a talent pool for the organization.
SPARK MTs will be rotated and exposed to multiple departments during the 1 year program.
The rotational assignments will include orientation to the function and working on Live Action Projects.
We hire B- school graduates for 2 profiles:
- Rotation of stints within various departments of Broking & Distribution and Business Operations Team. (Hired from Tier 2 B-schools).
- Rotation of stints within teams of Institutional Equities, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management company and Corporate Planning (Hired from Tier 1 and premier B-schools)
Book Review: Monthly book review
As a part of the 1 year curriculum, the management trainees undergo extensive trainings which include:
- Technical / Product training
- Behavioral training
- Mentoring and coaching by Business Leaders
- Certifications: NISM &Advisory certifications
