The Assessment culture assures the knowledge provided is checked and reinforced on an ongoing basis. It really brings you back to the habit of appearing for tests which can be a forgotten thing after our school and college times

We at MOFSL, believe in recognizing the efforts and rewarding achievements of our associates. It is an ongoing activity for us and not a seldom event. We recognize and appreciate our associates for their dedication towards their work with Monthly and Quarterly awards - Diamond of the Month and Ace (Achieving Competitive Excellence) of the Quarter and Associate of the Year, along with token cards like “Great Job” or a “Thank You”. We also have (Debutants) On-The-Spot recognition practices that is being followed at respective business floors.

Apart from Recognition, we have various rewards for our employees like Debutants, Diamond of the month, Ace of the quarter and Associate of the Year awards are given to employees for their outstanding performance. Employees across PAN India are considered for these Rewards & Recognition

Debutants–Is an instant recognition given to the employees for their contribution towards their first success achieved within 6 months of the Joining.

Diamond of the Month: –Is a monthly reward given to the employees 1) Tangible profiles: basis their performance scorecard and 2) Non Tangible Profiles: basis sincere efforts to achieve the desiredtarget.

Ace (Achieving Competitive Excellence) of the Quarter –Employee who has gone extra mile to showcase their Performance are Rewarded on quarterly basis. This reward has total 6 Categories 1) Revenue Generators 2) Quality Controller 3) The Braniac 4) Best Team Player 5) Customer Centric 6) Engagement champion.

Associate of the Year – Associate of the Year is the dream award for any employee associated with MOFSL group. This Annual performance reward has two categories which is AOY in respective business and Leadership category. Employees are nominated by business basis the set criteria as per Associate of the Year reward policy, from which the winners are identified and are felicitated on the Foundation Day of MOFSL group.

At MOFSL, we organise not just outdoor sports activities but also indoor. We encourage employees to participate in outdoor tournaments like Cricket and Footballs. For Indoor games enthusiastic we have Carom, Table Tennis and Chess competitions.

We have activities a travel club which organizes Trekking, Camping and night bicycle riding where employees enjoy their weekend in the fresh air and with the nature.

We believe in growing with diversity, which reflects in our celebration of various festivals. We celebrate various festivals in various forms across the organisation and Regions. We cover festivals like Dahi Handi, Holi, Christmas, Diwali, Pongal etc.
