Our SPARK Management Trainee Program is focused on engaging and developing the fresh MBA graduates. We engage with students at the initial part of their careers, to offer them the opportunity to further their understanding of MOFSL, develop business acumen, and help prepare them for their entry into the corporate world. SPARK MTs are given challenging responsibilities and opportunities to build on their career and learning experience.

In Batch 1, MT Spark would be getting an opportunity to experience various verticals within Broking and Distribution & Business Operations of MOFSL. They will be assigned with Mentors and Guides during their stint with Broking & Distribution - Private Client Groups, Retail Branch, Commodity & Currency, Investment Product, Corporate Planning & Franchisee & with Business Operations – PWM Operation, Customer Service, Business Process Excellence & Home Finance Operations.
